We’re interested in hearing from licensed plumbers, apprentices, and experienced service technicians who take pride in their work, value professionalism, and want to grow with a team committed to quality service.
The trade is short of people who diagnose before they replace, explain what they found in plain language, and leave a house cleaner than they found it. If that is how you work, send us a resume even when nothing specific is posted.
We hire across experience levels: licensed journeymen and master plumbers, service technicians, and apprentices willing to learn the trade properly. Work is spread across residential and commercial jobs in all three jurisdictions, which is more variety than most shops in this market can offer.
What we offer
• Pay range: $[X]–$[Y] per hour depending on license level and experience
• Health insurance and paid time off
• Take-home van and company tools for service technicians
• Paid license renewal and continuing education
• Steady year-round work across residential and commercial jobs
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Journeyman or master plumber license in DC, Maryland or Virginia (apprentices considered separately)
• Ability to pass a background check
Work is split between residential service calls and commercial jobs across DC, Maryland and Virginia, which means more variety than most shops in this market can offer and more jurisdictions to stay current in. Some days are a run of service calls; others are one install from morning to afternoon.
Residential work is customer-facing, and the explaining is part of the job rather than an interruption to it. Commercial work runs on scheduling and documentation – access windows, tenant notice, certified test reports – and both halves need doing properly.
If you are early in the trade, the useful thing to say in an application is what you have actually done unsupervised. If you are experienced, tell us what you specialize in and which licenses you hold in which jurisdiction.
